Mental Health Matters

Goal: $4,000.00

Specific Need

There is often a gap in funds for familes in need of mental health services. Our goal is to fill this gap so mental healthcare is attainable for all who need it in Clay County.

Mission

The mission of Mental Health Matters is to support, fund, or assist in funding mental healthcare for youth and/or their families in Clay County. Mental Health Matters was founded in honor of Ian Roetman, CCCHS Class of 2015 graduate, who died by suicide in 2020.

Profile

The funds you donate will be used in various ways to support mental healthcare and programs that support youth in our community. We are new organization, but to date we have supported TeamMates Mentoring program and provided funds for mental healthcare for individuals.

Each fall since 2020, we have hosted the Ian Roetman Memorial Softball Tournament and Fall Bash to celebrate Ian's life and to raise funds for Mental Health Matters.
